Bogdan is an experienced Producer and Production Manager with a proven track record of success in the dynamic field of film and television production. Over the past years, he worked on a diverse range of projects, including sports programs, history TV shows, TV documentaries and films for end clients like Netflix, Discovery Channel, National Geographic and others.
Bogdan developed an extensive network of industry professionals across various roles and departments in Europe. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality content, he is equipped to assist and contribute to projects of any scale.
Sergei
Local Producer
Sergei Trofimov is a media professional based in Tallinn, Estonia, with a strong focus on factual series and documentaries. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Crossmedia Production from the Baltic Film and Media School and an MBA from the Estonian Business School. Sergei has worked with media outlets across CIS countries, developing deep expertise in production, acquisition, and distribution.
He has held key roles such as Acquisition Executive at Estonian Public Broadcasting (2015–2017) and Acquisition & Commissioning Manager at Current Time TV (Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty). Since 2020, Sergei has also coordinated the East Doc Series training program under the Institute of Documentary Films.
